Full job description
The Nurse Residency program continues Ozarks Health Care's vision, mission and values, to provide superior nursing development to achieve the program goals. - Transition from the entry-level advanced beginner to competent nurse -Develop effective decision-making skills related to clinical judgment and performance -Provide safe patient care -Strengthen commitment to nursing as a profession -Incorporate evidence-based science into practice Elgibility -Completion of RN program within the last 6 months -Current RN licensure preferred or scheduled with successful completion of NCLEX within 90 days -Commitment to the residency program including participating in general and specialized learning experiences, finishing activities related to the program and completing evaluations of the program, preceptors and facilitators -Commitment to Ozarks Health Care for one year
