Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually
At Power-Flo Technologies, we monitor, troubleshoot, and repair all types of industrial electrical equipment including electric motors and pumps. As the Regional Repair Shop Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, ensuring repair quality, and delivering top-tier service to our customers. You will oversee both our Buffalo and Auburn repair facilities which provide field service and in-house repair or rebuilding of equipment and machinery.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $125,000/year

Your core responsibilities will include:

Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, pricing, delivery, technical support, and account planning. The position also involves maintaining industry knowledge, completing administrative reporting, forecasting sales, and representing the company at trade shows and conferences.

Drive business growth by identifying new revenue opportunities, building customer relationships, and implementing strategies to increase shop profitability and service volume.

Supervise and provide hands-on leadership to shop team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Generate repair estimates and communicate with customers regarding job scope, pricing, timelines, and any service-related issues.

Promote a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by enforcing safety procedures and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall shop performance.

Manage the end-to-end workflow of the shop, including repair, packing, delivery, and pick-up, to ensure efficiency and on-time performance.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in wholesale motor/electrical business.

Strong leadership skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Inventory management experience.

Ability to strategize and plan.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated capability to manage high quality, efficient and cost-effective operations a must.

Associates degree from two-year college or university, one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent

Ability to travel between Auburn and Buffalo locations (overnights not required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, adding machine, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.

This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching.

You may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditions.

Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery.
