What You'll Do

As a Poker Room Dealer, you'll be responsible for creating a fun, fair, and memorable gaming experience by:

  • Dealing poker games accurately, efficiently, and professionally

  • Providing outstanding guest service while maintaining a welcoming and engaging table atmosphere

  • Handling cash transactions and exchanging currency for gaming chips

  • Accepting wagers and paying winning outcomes according to established procedures

  • Following all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls

  • Verifying and completing required gaming documentation, including fills and credits

  • Monitoring gameplay to ensure compliance, security, and game integrity

  • Identifying and reporting suspicious activity or situations requiring management attention

  • Inspecting cards and gaming equipment to ensure proper gaming standards are maintained

  • Assisting guests with game rules, procedures, and casino policies

  • Protecting company assets and maintaining a secure gaming environment at all times

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Successful completion of dealer training or at least 6 months of dealing experience in a licensed commercial casino

  • Strong knowledge of poker dealing procedures and game rules

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Experience working in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or related industries

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

  • Move throughout the poker room and casino property during shifts

  • Bend, reach, twist, stoop, and grasp objects as needed

  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds

  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a busy environment

Schedule

Our Poker Room operates:

Wednesday – Sunday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM

Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
