Quick Hire Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in Highland Park. In this role, you will be responsible for performing assembly tasks on the production line, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly tasks in accordance with established work processes and quality standards

  • Rotate through different stations on the production line as assigned

  • Monitor and manage non-conforming materials and report issues promptly

  • Identify and report defects in parts or materials to appropriate supervisors

  • Conduct seat teardowns and perform minor rework as needed

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; make minor adjustments as necessary

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals

  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time

  • Keep the work area clean and organized

  • Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to management

  • Report injuries or incidents immediately to your Supervisor

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards as per company policies Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or assembly role is preferred

  • Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting production targets

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team

  • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
