About the role: Secure Data Flows s is at the heart of Skyflow’s integration strategy. It defines how customers connect Skyflow to the rest of their ecosystem—through APIs, batch pipelines, webhooks, triggers, and event-based notifications. It’s how we make data protection effortless for developers, while keeping compliance airtight.

As the Product Manager for Secure Workflows, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for this critical product area. You’ll help define how developers and partners interact with Skyflow, and ensure every data movement is secure, compliant, and beautifully simple.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the vision and roadmap for Secure Data Flows, shaping the way customers integrate with Skyflow especially across their Agentic AI architectures and workflow

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to build scalable, reliable features that power data movement at global scale.

  • Enable first-class support for unstructured data flowing into AI workflows, AI and agent-native workflows in close partnership with adjacent product areas.

  • Partner with customers and technology partners to expand Skyflow’s ecosystem and build frictionless integrated experiences.

  • Translate Skyflow’s privacy mission into a cohesive product strategy turning customer insights, feedback, and data into clear execution plans.

  • Work cross-functionally to drive outcomes, prioritize effectively, and bring clarity in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

  • Define success metrics and iterate relentlessly to improve developer experience and platform adoption.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver scalable, reliable, enterprise-grade workflow orchestration (e.g., triggers, conditional execution, containerized steps, simplified connections).

  • Work with customers, ISVs, and technology partners to validate real-world workflows and ensure extensibility across ecosystems.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, CX, and GTM teams to ensure workflows are operable, supportable, and adoptable at scale.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of technical product management experience, ideally in developer-facing, integration or platform products.

  • 2+ years of experience working on SaaS platforms in security, privacy, or data infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with AI or agent-based systems (e.g., tool invocation, orchestration, MCP-style patterns) you don’t need to be an ML expert, but you understand how AI systems operate in production

  • Experience collaborating with partners and customers to design scalable solutions. Strong communication skills you can explain complex systems in simple, human terms.

  • A bias for action, with the ability to execute and adapt in an ambiguous environment.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress in fast-evolving technical domains.

Benefits

  • Work from home expense (U.S., Canada, and Australia)

  • Excellent Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Options (Varies by Country)

  • Vanguard 401k

  • Flexible Paid Time Off (Unlimited)

  • Generous Equity
