Manufacturing Assembly Associate

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production and Assembly Associate

Location: Crothersville, IN

Shift : 1st, 6am -230pm

2nd, 5pm-130am

Plus mandatory overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Handle materials and products on the assembly line, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Lift and move items continuously, with weights ranging from 15-50 lbs.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and a safety yellow shirt.

• Participate in mandatory overtime as required, working 8-10 hour shifts, 5-6 days per week.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 15-30 lbs continuously.

• Strong commitment to safety and following workplace protocols.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
