You’ll help prepare the food our guests come back for, keep the kitchen organized, and set your teammates up for a successful day. Your work makes a difference before the first order even comes in.
What you’ll do:

Prepare chicken salads, sides, and other menu items using our recipes.

Measure and portion ingredients consistently.

Follow daily prep lists and communicate what’s ready or running low.

Label, date, and store food correctly.

Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas.
