This role blends clinical expertise with community engagement—empowering individuals and families to live healthier lives.

Location: Miles City

Schedule: Full-time | 4/10 Schedule

Salary: LPN $27-29/hr DOE

RN $38.48-40.90/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Patient-Centered Care – Conduct assessments, provide treatments, and ensure strong follow-up care.

  • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with providers and healthcare staff to create effective care plans.

  • Educate & Empower – Support patients and families with knowledge on conditions, treatments, and prevention.

  • Administer Medications – Safely deliver medications and treatments per protocols.

  • Maintain Records – Accurately document patient care and changes in condition.

  • Drive Quality Improvement – Participate in initiatives that enhance care and outcomes.

  • Provide Inclusive Care – Deliver respectful, culturally competent care to diverse populations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program

  • Current LPN or RN license in state of practice

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

  • 2 yrs of experience of nursing experience

  • 2 yrs of experience in primary care
