Job Description

Technology Lead (Piscataway, NJ or work remote from home in NJ) Design and implement reusable frameworks, application architectures, and core libraries to standardize development practices; Build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using various computer languages and frameworks; Develop and design scalable microservices and web services; Implement event-driven and asynchronous systems. Deploy, configure, and optimize applications on AWS cloud environments; Develop schemas, stored procedures, and complex queries ensuring performance and reliability; Write, debug and optimize high performance and secure code across multiple platforms; Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce coding standards; Configure Jenkins pipelines, automate builds and deployments, and ensure code quality and security scans; Create and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation, monitoring, scheduling, and system administration; Monitor applications, fine-tune SQL queries, optimize JVM performance, and resolve scalability issues; Manage production deployments, troubleshoot live issues, and ensure system stability with quick turnaround; Prepare technical documentation, architectural diagrams and runbooks collaborating with stakeholders for end-to-end delivery. Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Engineering or related fields with 8 years of progressive experience or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; Related occupation: Software Developer, Software Consultant, Java Developer, Tech Lead or equivalent; Must have experience in Java, Spring Batch, J2EE, Hibernate, JSP, HTML, ReactJS, Rest/Soap Web Services, IBM MQ Series, Oracle, GitHub, SVN, Unix shell script, SonarQube, AWS. $200K - $210K per year with benefits include PTO & Federal holidays, employee health/dental insurance & others.
