Job Brief

We are searching for a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our dynamic distribution team. This position will be responsible for ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, following safety procedures, and maintaining efficient production workflows. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to be an integral part of our production.

Hours are standard business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly & Production: Assemble, install, and check product parts, following specifications and using the appropriate tools.

  • Machine Operation: Safely operate machinery and ensure machines are set up properly.

  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.

  • Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance on production equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor.

  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and fellow employees.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, including quantity, type, and any notable occurrences during the production process.

  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure efficient production workflow.
