Full job description
As the Site Supervisor, this employee will staff and manage production and aircraft maintenance operations. Applicant shall be capable of scheduling all sustainment activities, prepare and request maintenance actions, and complete evaluations, special reports and records as it pertains to aircraft maintenance and component repair. The Site Supervisor will interact and communicate all work-related activities with the government representative as required by the maintenance effort being accomplished.
Responsibilities

Manages the production planning and control activities.

Adjusts production schedules and in response to changes in demand, materials, or other resources.

Coordinates with the purchasing function to ensure availability of raw materials.Advises sales or customer service functions on availability of finished product.

Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.

Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
Qualifications

Must be able to interpret Army aircraft maintenance procedures.

Must be a US citizen.

Able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Obtain necessary licenses and certifications required to perform assigned duties.

Must demonstrate the ability to deal courteously, professionally, and effectively with the customer.

3 years minimum as a site lead/ supervisor.
