This role involves providing excellent customer service while managing parts inventory and assisting customers with their parts needs. The position offers a competitive salary plus commission, with bi-weekly pay. Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting and ordering automotive parts and accessories. * Maintain accurate parts inventory and records. * Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers. * Collaborate with service and repair teams to ensure parts availability. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders. Requirements * Proven experience as a parts counter-person in the automotive industry. * Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
