Job Summary We are looking for a Full-Time Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writing capabilities, and previous sales experience. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, addressing customer inquiries and managing required documentation. We have a great team working environment and want to keep it that way, NO DRAMA ALLOWED! Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability

  • Communicate with customers through every step of the process, from initial phone call to check out to follow up

  • Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner

  • Learn and apply best practices for improving sales and customer service techniques

  • Manage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening

  • Quick learner with ability to work independently

  • Experience as an automotive service advisor is a plus, but not required
