Key Responsibilities:
-
Act as the operational specialist for EMSP roaming across Circle K’s EV network
-
Monitor and manage roaming transaction flows (authorization, start/stop, billing) across platforms
-
Own and track roaming performance KPIs, including Transaction Success Rate (TSR) and Plug-in Success
-
Identify, analyze, and resolve roaming-related issues across EMSP, CPO, and backend systems
-
Perform structured diagnostics across integrations (OCPI), payment flows, and connectivity layers
-
Take end-to-end ownership of roaming incidents, from investigation through resolution and closure
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and roaming partners, platform providers, and vendors to resolve complex issues
-
Ensure SLA adherence and follow up on partner performance and recurring issues
-
Support and validate root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to long-term fixes
-
Monitor roaming performance trends and identify systemic issues across markets
-
Maintain high data quality across roaming systems (sessions, tariffs, tokens, billing)
-
Support onboarding and validation of new roaming partners and integrations
-
Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and Control Tower governance frameworks
-
Support change and release processes by assessing impact on roaming performance
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
-
Has a strong service mindset and interest in technology, integrations, and problem-solving
-
Has 2–5+ years of experience in technical operations, platform operations, EV charging, telecom, or fintech
-
Nice to have, but not a must, knowledge Roaming Hubs-setup
-
Has a solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and backend platforms
-
Is familiar with EV protocols such as OCPP and OCPI (or has strong interest in learning)
-
Is comfortable working in a high-paced environment, handling multiple incidents while maintaining structure and quality
-
Is able to prioritize effectively and stay calm under pressure, especially during critical incidents
-
Understands structured incident management and performance-driven operations
-
Has strong analytical skills and experience interpreting logs, transaction data, and system behavior
-
Takes ownership of issues through to resolution, working closely with internal teams and external partners
-
Has experience working with cross-system environments (payments, connectivity, hardware, platforms)
-
Is curious about roaming ecosystems and how systems interact across company boundaries
-
Communicates clearly in English and can translate technical findings into actionable insights
-
Works independently, analytically, and solution-oriented, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset
