Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner – Humboldt County
Seeking a full-time, experienced Palliative Care Advance Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our well-established team in Humboldt County, located on California's beautiful north coast. This opportunity is unique, as it involves serving both the inpatient palliative care teams at Providence St. Joseph and Redwood Memorial Hospitals.
Those who join our Providence Palliative Care Team will become part of a health system that truly values Palliative Care as a specialty, recognizing its crucial role in delivering high-quality care for our patients. In addition, this position offers a balanced schedule, ensuring you can make the most of everything California's north coast has to offer.

Compensation is between $167,935 and $217,245 per year (Salary is basedon Full-time)
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
