Our client, a leading manufacturing and warehouse organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Material Handler to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate - Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Material Handler
Location: Burnet, TX
Pay Range: $14-$16/ HR.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
What's the Job?

Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, finished products, and supplies efficiently and safely.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment following safety protocols.

Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and document discrepancies accurately.

Prepare outbound shipments by packaging, labeling, and loading trucks.

Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and physical inventories.
What's Needed?
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts safely; willingness to become forklift certified.

Basic math skills and experience with inventory tracking systems or RF scanners is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
