Automotive F&I Manager (Finance and Insurance Manager)

Berglund Automotive is seeking experienced Automotive F&I Managers to join our group in Roanoke, VA. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving our finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. While many successful team members earn $80,000 to $175,000 annually, top performers can exceed this range through strong sales performance and customer relationships. Responsibilities * Present and explain F&I products and services to customers during the vehicle purchase process. * Prepare and process finance contracts, lease agreements, and insurance documents accurately and timely. * Work closely with lending institutions to secure financing solutions that meet customer needs. * Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies to ensure compliance. * Build strong relationships with customers to provide a positive buying experience and encourage repeat business. * Train and mentor junior staff on F&I processes and procedures when necessary. * Meet or exceed departmental sales and compliance goals on a consistent basis. * Handle customer questions and resolve any issues related to finance and insurance products. Requirements * Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. * Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and lending processes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets. * Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations related to automotive finance and insurance. * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in finance or insurance is a plus.
