Are you a compassionate Respiratory Therapist lookin to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents? We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory car within our skilled nursing and long-term care community.

Respiratory Therapist Essential Duties

  • Provide respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered by the physician

  • Assess and monitor resident respiratory status during routine treatments and rounds

  • Identify changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to nursing and providers

  • Assist with management of oxygen therapy and oxygen equipment

  • Monitor residents utilizing respiratory devices and therapies

  • Perform routing respiratory assessment including breath sounds, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, and treatment effectiveness

  • Recognize early sign of respiratory decline and initiate appropriate communication and intervention

Respiratory Qualifications

Required

  • Current Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) license in good standing

  • Current BLS certification

Preferred

  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care

  • ACLS certification
