Select Medical is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant. Select Medical is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team in Los Gatos, CA. This role involves delivering exceptional care across a diverse outpatient caseload, including orthopedics, acute, chronic, post-op, sports medicine, concussion, neuro, and vestibular conditions. New graduates are welcome and will receive 1:1 mentorship to build confidence and clinical skills.

Key focus areas include Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act, Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures, and Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Successful candidates bring Accredited PTA Program Graduate, CAPTE Certified PTA, and Valid State PTA License. Important skills include Patient Care, Physical Therapy Services, and Client Relations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.

Qualifications
