Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Mukilteo, WA

Pay Range: $19 - 23 Hourly

Shift: Mon - Fri, 5:30am - 2:00pm

What's the Job?

  • Assemble small mechanical structures to extremely tight tolerances according to specifications.

  • Perform mechanical assembly and operational tasks with components or subassemblies based on drawings, directives, and company policies.

  • Use schematics, blueprints, verbal, and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework, and test mechanical assemblies.

  • Identify and report assembly issues to establish and improve company procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

  • Associate degree in Manufacturing or equivalent practical experience built upon High School level technical subjects.

  • 1-3 years of experience assembling small mechanical structures to extremely tight tolerances.

  • Prior clean room experience is a plus.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Ability to use small hand tools and precision measuring equipment effectively.
