Call Center Lead$600–$1,000 Per Week + Performance Bonuses | In-Office Position

Focal Point Remodeling is looking for an energetic and motivated Call Center Lead to join our growing team in Harrisburg, PA.

What You'll Do

Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations.
Answer inbound calls generated through our marketing campaigns.
Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers.
Overcome objections and qualify prospective homeowners.
Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
Enter and update customer information in our CRM.
Confirm appointments and complete follow-up calls.
Maintain accurate records and reports.

What We're Looking For

Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Positive attitude, dependable, and goal-oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
