*Local Pay: $50.00/hour W2

Shift Details:

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Maintaining general medical inventory (including controlled substances);
-
Conducting medication administration
-
Reviewing the overall health conditions of youth (i.e. preparing, reviewing and evaluating nursing intervention plans)
-
Ensuring that interventions are consistent with comprehensive treatment plans
-
Participating in staff trainings
-
Preparing required clinical and administrative reports
-
Maintain infection control standards; and, serve as a member of the facility’s medical treatment team.

Additional duties to be discussed in detail during the interview.
**Minimum Qualifications **

Current, valid, and unrestrictedNY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

Minimum of one (1) year/sof recent experience as an RN.

Additional certifications may be required.

Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
