Registered Nurse (RN) – Malone, NY

*Local Pay: $50.00/hour W2

Shift Details:

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining general medical inventory (including controlled substances);

  • Conducting medication administration

  • Reviewing the overall health conditions of youth (i.e. preparing, reviewing and evaluating nursing intervention plans)

  • Ensuring that interventions are consistent with comprehensive treatment plans

  • Participating in staff trainings

  • Preparing required clinical and administrative reports

  • Maintain infection control standards; and, serve as a member of the facility’s medical treatment team.

  • Additional duties to be discussed in detail during the interview.

**Minimum Qualifications **

  • Current, valid, and unrestrictedNY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Minimum of one (1) year/sof recent experience as an RN.

  • Additional certifications may be required.

  • Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
