Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Store Allocation & Inventory Replenishment Analyst to support inventory management across its retail business. This role will primarily support two Las Vegas store locations (one flagship and one outlet store) while being based out of the Costa Mesa corporate office.
Reporting directly to the Director of Planning, this individual will play a key role in ensuring the right inventory is positioned in the right stores at the right time. The ideal candidate combines strong retail planning expertise with an ownership mindset and enjoys working closely with stores, merchandising, planning, and warehouse teams to drive inventory performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and refine store allocation strategies based on sales trends and assortment plans
• Manage inventory flow for two Las Vegas retail locations (flagship and outlet)
• Analyze sales performance and demand patterns to optimize inventory placement
• Proactively rebalance inventory to improve sell-through and reduce stock imbalances
• Own replenishment strategies to maintain healthy in-stock levels across stores
• Collaborate daily with store teams, warehouse operations, and planning leadership
• Track inventory movement, shipments, and package flow between locations
• Identify emerging trends and communicate opportunities to store teams
• Build reports, dashboards, and inventory analysis models to support business decisions
• Develop and improve scalable inventory and replenishment processes

Skills and Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in retail planning, allocation, merchandising, inventory management, or a highly analytical retail role
• Strong retail planning and inventory management experience
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset analysis
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights
• Comfortable using modern technology and AI tools, including Claude
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs including sell-through, inventory turn, stock-to-sales, and weeks of supply
• Hungry, driven personality with strong ownership mentality • Experience working in fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle retail
• Experience supporting both retail store and eCommerce inventory
• Familiarity with allocation strategies for flagship and outlet stores
• Strong understanding of retail trends and merchandise planning
