Full job description
Senior Influencer Marketing Manager About the Role : We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale our creator ecosystem end-to-end—from sourcing new talent to executing high-impact campaigns. You’ll build and manage a strong pipeline of creators, nurture top-performing partnerships, and drive repeatable growth through smart renegotiation and rebooking strategies. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll identify new platforms and verticals to expand our reach, while supporting outreach, deal negotiation, and campaign execution. Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations and creative teams, you’ll ensure partnerships are structured to hit performance goals and run seamlessly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and independently reliable—someone who can manage multiple workstreams while consistently driving results against key metrics like CAC and ROAS. What You’ll Do: Pipeline management :
-
Build, maintain, and continuously optimize a robust pipeline of creator and partner talent across key platforms.
-
Proactively source new influencers aligned with brand goals, manage outreach and relationship development, and ensure consistent top-of-funnel growth to support campaign needs. Partner growth & retention :
-
Own the lifecycle of high-performing creator partnerships, with a focus on retention, renegotiation, and long-term value creation. Analyze performance data to identify top partners, structure rebooking strategies, and deepen relationships to drive ongoing engagement and efficiency. Expansion & strategy :
-
Identify and unlock new growth opportunities by researching emerging platforms, creator segments, and content verticals.
-
Develop strategic recommendations on where and how the brand should show up, and pilot new initiatives to diversify and scale the influencer program. Deal execution :
-
Lead end-to-end execution of influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, and campaign kickoff.
-
Ensure deals are structured to meet performance goals while aligning with brand guidelines, timelines, and budget constraints. Who You Are:
-
3–5 years of influencer and creator partnership experience, ideally within a DTC brand
-
Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC and ROAS
-
Proven experience negotiating partnerships across YouTube and Instagram (TikTok a plus)
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
-
Proactive communicator who can keep campaigns on track with minimal oversight
-
Familiarity with creator marketing tools and trackers (e.g., Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.) is a plus Location & Benefits: Boston, MA or NYC, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office) We offer: ✔ Fully covered medical benefits ✔ Unlimited PTO ✔ 401k with up to 4% match ✔ Wellness stipend for health & fitness ✔ Commuter benefits
