Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Manufacturing Laborers for projects located in the Tri Cites, WA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Manufacturing Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to launch your career!
Job Scope:

Load materials into machines and operate equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed

Package finished products and prepare them for shipment

Complete required production documentation and logs

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Report equipment issues or quality problems to supervisors

Set up, adjust, and operate production machines based on specifications

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment

Monitor machine performance and output quality throughout shifts

Ensure machines comply with safety and quality standards

Read and interpret work orders, technical sheets, and production specifications
