Full job description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production worker to join their team. As a Production worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production worker
Location: Carroll, IA
Pay Range: $21.00 hour 2nd shift 2pm-10pm
Pay Range: $21.50 3rd shift 10pm-6am
What's the Job?

Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work

Learn how to make machine adjustments

Math skills needed

Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Understand and follow quality testing techniques

Inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments, and equipment

No prior experience required; training provided

Ability to follow instructions and standard work procedures

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

Willingness to support safety and quality standards

Ability to work extended shifts/overtime as required
