Full job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production worker to join their team. As a Production worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production worker

Location: Carroll, IA

Pay Range: $21.00 hour 2nd shift 2pm-10pm

Pay Range: $21.50 3rd shift 10pm-6am

What's the Job?

  • Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work

  • Learn how to make machine adjustments

  • Math skills needed

  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

  • Understand and follow quality testing techniques

  • Inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments, and equipment

What's Needed?

  • No prior experience required; training provided

  • Ability to follow instructions and standard work procedures

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

  • Willingness to support safety and quality standards

  • Ability to work extended shifts/overtime as required
