Full job description

  • Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations

  • Must be able to meet/exceed our best-in-class key performance indicators daily

  • Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes

  • Open files as required

  • Monitor timely entry release

  • Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies

  • Scan, and index documents into imaging system

  • Proper handling of “Entry Documents Required Entries”

  • Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required

  • Turnover to dispatch as required, timely

  • Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external

  • At least 2 years prior customs brokerage experience

  • Experience with processing entries, all modes of transportation, with all PGAs including FDA Certification 

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Take ownership of all that you do
