Full job description
Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Student Success Advisor II to join our team of exceptional employees. This is specialized work in the student registration area in the Office of the Registrar. Responsibilities include providing customer service, data entry and processing of registration and related forms. This includes proactively addressing students’ needs and processing student requests timely, accurately, and in line with State and Federal regulations and College policies. The Registration Specialist I may be assigned to support one or a combination of areas of specialization within the Registrar’s office. This position sets the tone for a student-centered, high performance culture that emphasizes excellence in service, quality, productivity, and standards.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education preferably in counseling,
education, social field, or related discipline.

One (1) year of full time professional related work experience.

Personal and educational philosophy compatible with the goals, objectives and missions of Florida
SouthWestern State College.
- Demonstrated experience using a personal computer, office and enterprise software such as MS Office and electronic mail.
