Dimmit Regional Hospital, a well-established community hospital located in Carrizo Springs, TX, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surgeon who values autonomy, a supportive environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a rural community.

Position Details:

  • Bread-and-Butter General Surgery with opportunity to incorporate advanced procedures based on interest and skillset

  • Full-time hospital-employed position

  • Modern ORs and supportive surgical staff

  • Strong referral base from primary care and emergency department

Qualified Candidate:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, productivity incentives, and sign-on bonus

  • Relocation assistance and student loan repayment options available

  • J1 Visa waiver approved site
