The Opportunity To accelerate our enterprise momentum, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead the sales team responsible for our largest and most strategic accounts. The person in this role will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives whose primary land-and-expand motion is Superhuman Go , co-selling Mail and Docs to expand our platform footprint across the enterprise. Reporting to enterprise sales leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world’s largest organizations adopt AI-native productivity.

You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape a distinctive, high-performing sales team grounded in your vision and passion for excellence. Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations, you will help shape how we bring our vision to market and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue and activity goals.

  • Drive Enterprise Superhuman Go sales and coach our Core reps on co-selling of Mail and Docs to expand platform footprint within new and existing accounts.

  • Demonstrate sales excellence through rigorous forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and consistent quarterly target attainment.

  • Establish a high-performing, collaborative team environment through continual coaching, clear expectations, 1:1s, real-time feedback, and performance management.

  • Set records for our largest and most strategic relationships, selling on business value to senior executives and the C-suite.

  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to design and execute the enterprise go-to-market motion.

  • Help refine the messaging and positioning of Superhuman Go, Mail, and Docs to best support enterprise selling.

  • Inform the product roadmap to unlock faster enterprise growth.

  • Act as a player-coach where needed, supporting key customer conversations and negotiations.

  • Attract, hire, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives as the team scales.

Qualifications

  • Has 7–10+ years of SaaS/AI sales experience, including at least 3+ years managing Enterprise Account Executives.

  • Has a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota, both individually and as a leader.

  • Has experience with large enterprise deals and selling on business value at the C-suite level — communicating benefits beyond a list of features.

  • Proactively manages deal cycles to set up each stage for success, building a repeatable operational model for the enterprise segment.

  • Is experienced with enterprise SaaS sales cycles and a structured methodology such as MEDDPICC.

  • Is experienced in a matrixed selling environment, partnering with solution specialist teams.

  • Is experience in a solution/business outcome-oriented sales motion coaching reps to identify and expand the scope of impact Superhuman can deliver for the customer.

  • Attracts, hires, coaches, manages, and develops top sales talent.

  • Leverages data and CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) to forecast, manage pipeline, and make decisions.

  • Has a strong understanding of SaaS and subscription business models.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment while building scalable processes.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.

United States: $288,000 - $424,000/year (USD)

The commission portion for this role will be 40% of the On-Target Earnings (OTE).
