Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the school setting? We are seeking 5 dedicated SLPs for the 2026-2027 school year to support students' communication, language, and academic success.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity working primarily with elementary students in a collaborative and supportive educational environment.

? Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
? Openings: 5
? Hours: 37.5 - 40 Hours Per Week

Local Opportunity
?? $55.00 per hour
Travel Opportunity
?? $24.00 per hour
?? Weekly Travel Package: $2,650.00 (for qualified travelers)
?? Responsibilities
As a School-Based SLP, you will:
?? Conduct speech and language evaluations
?? Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
?? Provide therapy services in small group settings
?? Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
?? Maintain accurate documentation using the EdPlan system
?? Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
?? Support students in achieving communication and academic goals
????? Caseload & Setting
?? Primarily elementary-aged students
?? Small group therapy sessions
?? Average caseload of approximately 60 students
?? Collaborative school-based team environment
? Qualifications

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas required
-
CCC-SLP preferred (and may be required by contract)

School-based experience preferred

Must comply with all applicable professional standards

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
