Customer Service Representative (CSR)
📍Northfield, OH
💲 $17/hour | Full-Time

What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats

Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments

Create and update customer records

Work with dispatch and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly

Provide friendly, professional customer service

Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM
