18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

Hold a valid, state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report

For our Landscape Technician roles: experience in landscaping, irrigation, construction, grounds, or equipment operation and like outdoor work year-round.

For our General Maintenance Technician roles: experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, food equipment, or commercial facilities maintenance for technician role.

For our Refrigeration/HVAC Maintenance Technician roles: commercial refrigeration experience with EPA Type I and II certification or Universal EPA certification.
