Role Player Site Supervisor/Program Manager

Description

Athenix Special Missions is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor candidate to fill part-time and on-call positions in support of practical training exercises to United States Capitol Police personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all role player activities

  • Ensure role players arrive promptly and are prepared to enact their role in the training scenario

  • Ensure all role players comply with all site-specific safety regulations

  • Ensure role players comply with training exercise timelines

  • Ensure role players meet all security requirements in order to gain access to the training facility

  • Act as a liaison between the USCP and role players

  • Attend all pre-exercise briefings and all after-action reviews

  • Take corrective action for role players not performing in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract

Please note: This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. We will be sure to provide status updates and next steps during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Security Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and the U.S. Capitol Police

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management; military or government civilian setting preferred.
