Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will join our dynamic healthcare team dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve. We treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries with compassion, speed, and clinical excellence. Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, licensed, and compassionate provider, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients

  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams

  • Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care

  • Stay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence-based care

  • Hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM M-F and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends

  • Compensation ranges from $122,540 - $162,967 /year

We are offering a guaranteed base salary, a wRVU quarterly payout with an annual bonus incentive, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance. Retirement plans include both 401(k) and 457(b).

Job Requirements

Required

  • ARNP or Physician Assistant Degree

  • NP/PA Certification

  • Active Washington State License in good standing with no restrictions

  • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certifications by the American Heart Association

  • Strong clinical skills and experience diagnosing urgent care type issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients and families

Preferred

  • 1 year experience following training
