Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full Time, rotating schedule
12 - Hour Shift (7-7)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;

Medication Administration, including IVs.

Taking and recording vital signs.

Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.

Provide resident and family education.

Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

Supervising CNAs
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Tennessee License-LPN
