Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Manchester, MO Company: Finni Health Job Type: Part-Time | Daytime & Evening Hours Available Location: In-person – Manchester, MO Pay: $21 - $23 per hour

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? At Finni Health , we’re on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care — and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!
As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
💙 What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community

Collect and record data on child's progress

Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

⭐ What You’ll Need

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)

A passion for helping others grow and succeed

Reliable transportation

Active CPR certification

Active RBT certification
💪 Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
