Spa Sales Associate

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Laguna Beach is seeking an experienced Spa Sales Associate (FULL TIME OR PART TIME to join its very high-end team of professionals. This location is right on PCH overlooking the ocean, and is one of the top performing Hand & Stone spas in the country, serving a very high-end clientele. As a result, excellent customer service skills AND EXPERIENCE USING MILLENNIUM OR ZENOTI POINT OF SALE SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED . PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED ZENOTI COMPUTER SOFTWARE . You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival

• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades

• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance

• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy

• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

• Positive, energetic attitude

• Team player

• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.

• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

• Willingness to wear a face mask and/or gloves when necessary, and ability to work in close proximity to employees and clients

• Strong interest in sales and earning top commissions, promotions and bonuses through personal success. We are looking for someone that is motivated, ready to work and who wants to advance to a management position in the months to come.
