Job Description

Who You Are

In this role as Engineer – Mechanical , you are responsible for the mechanical engineering for sold paint and dispense projects. This includes the design, drawings, and parts for robotic paint and dispense systems. You are also responsible for the design of the robot layout, application equipment, and end arm tooling.

Ideally you should be a customer-focused problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and offers professional solutions.

How It’s Done

  • Primary lead for the project workload

  • Provide final approval on all design work

  • Design of the robot layout adhering to safety and customer specifications

  • Design of end of arm tooling

  • Design of robot application equipment

  • Coordinate activities of Design Engineer to complete drawings per project schedules

  • Enter required parts into ERP (Oracle)

  • Ability to meet project schedule

  • Ability to multitask projects (more than one project will be assigned at one time

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (Mechanical) degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • 2+ years industry experience

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Navisworks

  • Must have or be able to obtain a passport

  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license
