Full job description

About the role

Our outbound engine runs on a small stack — Trellus, HubSpot, Lemlist, and Google Workspace — and right now nobody owns keeping it clean. A broken sequence, a stale HubSpot field, or a misconfigured inbox quietly costs the team pipeline every week. You're the first hire dedicated to fixing that. You'll work directly with our GTM Engineer to keep the infrastructure behind every call, email, and CRM record running so reps can focus on selling, not troubleshooting tools.

What you'll do

  • Set up, launch, and maintain outbound email and multichannel campaigns — list imports, sequence configuration, quality checks, bounce management, unsubscribe handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for SDR and AE questions on GTM tools, data, and process

  • Translate technical or operational changes into simple instructions for the sales team

  • Keep our Trellus dialer setup running clean — call routing, dispositions, number health — so reps aren't fighting the tool mid-call

  • Own HubSpot data hygiene — field maintenance, segmentation, workflow upkeep, deduping

  • Keep Gmail/Google Workspace infrastructure healthy — inbox setup, filters, account provisioning as the team grows

  • Catch data problems before they hit an SDR's pipeline — duplicate contacts, bad emails, broken sequences

  • Document how every tool is configured so process survives turnover, not just tribal knowledge

  • Pull prospecting lists and ad hoc reports across territory, revenue tier, or vertical

What we're looking for

  • 0–2 years in sales ops, sales enablement, or admin support (internships count)

  • Picks up new software fast — prior exposure to Trellus, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar tools is a plus, not a requirement

  • Highly organized with real attention to detail — this role lives or dies on data hygiene

  • Clear written communicator who documents process

  • Proactive — flags a broken sequence or a bounced list before it becomes someone else's fire drill

  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Nice to have

  • Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for data cleanup

  • Familiarity with email deliverability concepts (SPF/DKIM, warm-up, sending limits)

  • Prior SDR, sales operations, or sales-adjacent internship experience

What we offer

$65K–$85K base + equity. Based in San Francisco, on-site.
