Glendive Public Schools is seeking dependable and caring individuals to serve as Bus Aides, helping ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation to and from school and activities. This is a great opportunity to support students and make a meaningful impact each day.
What You'll Do:

Supervise and support student behavior on the school bus

Assist the bus driver with loading and unloading students safely

Assist the driver as needed during routes and activities

Help ensure a safe, respectful, and orderly bus environment

Ability to pass background check

Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families

Ability to follow instructions and work closely with a bus driver

Comfort working with students, including those with special needs

Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain confidentiality

Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move frequently in a bus environment

Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
