Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Shop Technician to join our team in Midland, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Dismantle tools, repair, and reassemble for jobs.

Assist in loading and unloading equipment while operating a forklift.
-
Responsible for the cleanliness, pressure washing, maintenance and proper disposal of debris on property. Including general shop, breakroom, & cleanup

Assist in special projects.

Shop organization and supply storage. Including daily and weekly inventory.

Receiving and distribution of supplies.

Assist with the movement of tools
-
Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment
-
Operate a shop truck for local errands and deliveries.

Follow established safety policies and procedures.
-
On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled.

Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.

Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.
Education/Experience:
-
Minimum of one to three years’ experience in a related field preferred.
-
High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
-
Certification operating a forklift preferred.
-
Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
