Case Management Support I

Hiring Range $20.69 to $26.89

Case Management Support II

Hiring Range $21.72 to $28.24

Job Summary:

Benteh Nuutah Four Directions Outpatient Treatment Center is seeking to fill the Case Management Support position with a qualified candidate. The CMS is responsible for performing the coordination and management of administrative duties for an integrated behavioral and substance use team and front desk operations. The CMS is a primary contact between the customer-owner and team, ensuring effective and efficient schedule coordination; verbal and written communication; information research and transfer; and system coordination.

SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:

Qualifications:

  1. High School diploma; OR GED.

  2. Bachelor’s degree; OR four (4) years of administrative support experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support II at SCF.

Additional Qualifications for Case Management Support II:

  1. Two (2) years of Case Management Support experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Case Management Support I at SCF.

Native Preference:

Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.

To protect the health of customer-owners and employees, Southcentral Foundation (SCF) requires health screenings and immunizations for all new and current employees. SCF's philosophy of care is built on creating and maintaining trusting relationships with customer-owners, and a healthy workforce is an important part of that commitment.

Following SCF's Employee Health Procedure, including all required job-related health screenings and immunizations, is a condition of employment. The procedure is based on the latest scientific evidence and recommendations from public health experts.

New employees must complete all required health screenings and immunizations before their first day of work. Current employees must complete any additional screenings or immunizations that become necessary due to workplace conditions, public health concerns, or newly available vaccines that help protect coworkers and the community.
