Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9a-7p EST
Salary Range: $ 53,041 - $63,565 * Based on experience, and education
Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission. Qualifications

Master’s degree required.

Preferred: Active behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states

Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed. Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
