Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and accurately
Communicate findings and present repair options to customers
Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with homeowners
Use ServiceTitan/iPad for dispatching, invoicing, and job notes
Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and job sites

Qualifications

✅ Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)
✅ EPA Certification
✅ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
✅ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR required)
✅ Ability to pass background check and drug screening
✅ Comfortable using tablets/iPads for field service software
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
➕ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

Pay: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year
Bonus/Commission: Performance-based (uncapped)
Weekly performance opportunities available

Schedule

Full-time
evenings/weekends as needed
