Job Details

The Outpatient Physical Therapist provides outpatient services to primarily orthopedic, neurologic and oncology patients at our DeMatteis Center location.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Physical Therapy assessment and treatment of patients

  • Education of patients and family members

  • Work with an interdisciplinary team for individualized plans of care and transition planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.

  • NYS Physical Therapist license

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • 1-2 years’ experience preferred

  • BLS required within 60 days of hire

Salary Range

USD $69.45 - USD $69.45 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
