Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems across multiple clinic locations.

Continuously improve the employee technology experience from onboarding through offboarding by leveraging user feedback and operational metrics.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program that protects patient and organizational data.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other applicable federal and state healthcare regulations.

Partner with Finance and organizational leadership on risk assessments, audits, business continuity, and incident response planning.

Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and implement necessary security and compliance improvements.

Leadership & Team Development

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.

Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture that emphasizes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Project & Vendor Management

Lead technology initiatives including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, integrations, and modernization projects.

Manage relationships with strategic technology vendors, including EHR, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and managed service providers.

Negotiate vendor contracts, establish service expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
