Foam Molding Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in foam products, is seeking a Foam Molding Operator to join their team. As a Foam Molding Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude that will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Foam Molding Operator

Location: Wheaton, MN

Pay Range: $18+/hour

Shift: First Shift (Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm)

What's the Job?

• Operate foam molding equipment to produce parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

• Paint and trim mold products, ensuring accuracy in patterns and material changeovers.

• Assist in planning and prioritizing production needs to maintain efficient workflow.

• Follow all safety protocols to promote a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues.

• Maintain quality practices throughout the production process, ensuring finished parts meet standards.

What's Needed?

• Ability to recognize safety concerns and follow safety guidelines diligently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

• Willingness to learn on the job and participate in continuous training.
