AI Deployment Strategist

This role is a unique opportunity to join a small, talent-dense team building on the bleeding edge of AI for finance.

The Role

Deployment Strategists use their financial proficiency and AI fluency to maximize customer usage of the F2 platform. They own portfolios of accounts end-to-end, working with partner teams at F2 to drive sales, deploy the product, expand existing relationships, and inform our product roadmap.

You'll partner with Account Executives on new business and with Product and Engineering on what we build next. Expect to spend most of your week in front of clients and building workflows inside the platform.

You Will

• Work with Account Executives to win clients: You'll play a key role in the trial process: customizing the F2 platform, building relationships, and helping power users make an ROI case to their broader organization.

• Customize the platform and drive usage: You'll be the client's day-to-day contact at F2: identifying and prompt engineering new workflows, training new users, and expanding into new teams that can benefit from F2.

• Act as the voice of the client to our product team: We aim to build the best product in the market. You'll identify clients' product wishlists, communicate requirements to our Product and Engineering teams, and test new features at the forefront of AI for finance.

• Grow revenue with existing clients: You’ll monitor client usage trends and identify the right time to pitch and execute on expansion and upsell opportunities.

You Have

• 2-5 years of experience in and around private markets at a top-tier private credit, private equity, bank, or private markets-facing consulting firm

• Alternatively, 4+ years of experience in customer-facing software or AI roles interfacing with private markets or banking clients

• Demonstrable interest in AI inside or outside of work. You've iterated on a prompt, tried building side projects, and keep up with the state of AI.

• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences. You can explain complex concepts to non-technical finance professionals.

• Commerciality and professional polish. You're excited to spend hours in front of clients, drive commercial discussions, and be the direct owner of complex, multi-thread engagements.

• A desire to work in NYC. We believe the best work is done together, in person at our HQ in NYC, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
