Skilled Home Health | PRNBorger & Pampa, TX | $30 per visit + incentives | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care Amarillo is looking for a skilled LVN to provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Borger, Pampa, and surrounding communities. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, working independently, and making a difference through quality home-based care, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do * Provide nursing care according to each patient’s plan of care * Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition * Administer medications and treatments as ordered * Educate patients and families about ongoing care * Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team * Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation What You’ll Need * Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license * Minimum 1 year of nursing experience * Skilled home health experience preferred, but not required * Wound care experience is a plus * Current BLS/CPR certification * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Strong clinical and communication skills * Ability to work independently * Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting Why BrightStar Care? * Flexible PRN opportunities * One-on-one patient care * 24/7 clinical and office support * Medical, dental, and vision benefits based on eligible hours * Locally owned and operated * Faith-based work environment * Ongoing training and professional development * Employee recognition programs Ready to make a difference through skilled home health care?
